We are not here to react to AI's future; we are here to shape it.
A Human Intelligence Shift
AI is reshaping the fabric of society, with agents increasingly shaping decisions, mediating relationships, and influencing the world at scale, freeing up human time and attention. The horizon of the possible keeps expanding, and the scale of human dreams and ambitions is growing with it. Alongside agents, breakthroughs in robotics, multimodal reasoning, and embodied systems are collapsing the boundary between thought and action, expanding what machines can sense, decide, and do across both digital and physical domains.
This is not just a technological shift; it is a societal inflection point. As intelligence scales, so must our responsibility to guide it. We must define clear actions and ask urgent questions: How do we ensure humans retain and expand their agency in a world increasingly run by machines? Will human intelligence be diminished, augmented, or fundamentally transformed? As organisations race to meet the scale of global challenges from climate to health to economic equity, how do we keep AI aligned with human goals, cultural values, and regional realities? Can governance frameworks accommodate diverse regional values while maintaining global cohesion? Will intelligence converge toward a single dominant model, or remain plural? And how do we ensure this shift doesn’t deepen inequality or concentrate power?
AI House Davos 2026 explores how we can design systems that enhance, not replace, human judgment, dignity, and direction. Not just to maintain control, but to shape an inclusive and aspirational path for human potential. With a shared commitment to collective action, we want to catalyse responsible AI progress. AI’s impact spans all aspects of society and requires active participation from all in shaping the course, to co-create norms and systems that ensure AI serves humanity in all its diversity and individuality. We need a human intelligence shift.

Throughout the week, we host panel discussions, roundtables, social events, and private meetings, bringing together next-generation voices and world leaders in AI to share ideas, forge connections, and shape the future of the field. A public lounge, open to all visitors, reflects AI House’s commitment to making the global conversation on artificial intelligence inclusive and accessible. With its open and collaborative atmosphere, AI House Davos serves as a platform where dialogue, innovation, and inspiration in AI come to life.
